Questions, answered
That's what they're built for. An 8mm dual-layer cushioned insole gives you shock absorption and energy return, there's arch support for when your feet fatigue late in the night, and the wider toe box means nothing cramps.
Barely. The leather is soft enough that most dancers are comfortable from the first night, and it keeps moulding to your foot over the first few wears. The sole is at its slickest the day you get them, and wears down slightly with use into a good balance of grip and glide.
The Ava will feel like a warm hug. Your toes won't splay, but they shouldn't feel pressure either, and there should be room between your longest toe and the end of the shoe.
In the Cat, your toes will splay. The fleshy parts on the sides of your feet will feel snugly held, but your toes will never be squished or crushed. Think of a sock or a glove.
We size by length. Measure each foot heel to longest toe, take the bigger number, and match it to the chart on the shoe's page (Cat and Ava have their own charts). The First Edition is a preorder and ships the week of September 27, 2026. We'll email you a tracking link the moment your pair goes out.

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Shoes need to come back in resellable condition: unworn, in their original box, with both sets of laces and the insoles, and the leather soles and uppers unmarked. Return shipping is on us. Read the full policy.
