We want you dancing in shoes that fit right. If something isn't working, here's how returns and exchanges work.
The short version: full-price items have 30 days from delivery for a full refund. Sale items have 14 days for store credit or an exchange. Either way, the shoes need to come back unworn and in their original condition.
Condition requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, shoes must come back in the exact condition you received them.
The sole: Leave the plastic film on the bottom of the shoe. Don't pull it off. It protects the leather outsole from scuffs during try-on, and a scuffed outsole makes the shoe unsellable. Keep the film on, wear clean socks, and walk only on carpet when you try your shoes on at home.
The insole: Present in the shoe and in its original, unblemished condition.
The upper: No signs of wear, scuffing, or marking of any kind.
The packaging: Returned in the original box with all packaging intact.
If any of these aren't met, we won't be able to process the return or exchange. We take this seriously because every returned pair that can't be resold is a shoe that goes to waste.
Full-price items
30 days from delivery to send full-price items back for a full return.
Full refund to your original payment method once we've received and inspected the shoes.
No restocking fee. Not on full-price returns, not ever.
Free domestic size exchanges. If the size isn't right, we'll swap it and cover the shipping within the country.
Return shipping is on you, with two exceptions: if the shoes are defective, or if we made an error (wrong size, wrong item). In those cases, we cover it.
International orders
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Customs and duties are non-refundable.
