We’ll respond and ask you a few questions to better understand your current fit

We reply within one business day
Once we have your answers, we’ll recommend the best size, style, or leather to suit your needs.

Pack everything back
- Both shoes, unworn, soles and uppers unmarked
- The original box
- The dust bag
- Both sets of laces
- The insoles, left in the shoes
- The card inserts

Drop it with the carrier
Then send us the carrier receipt or tracking.
What happens next
Exchange
We ship your new pair within one business day of confirming the drop-off. Your first exchange is on us.
Refund
If the marleys shoes are no longer for you, we offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is on us and there’s no restocking fee.

Fit fixes
Most fit questions have a quick fix. Tap yours.
Can’t get your foot in
Loosen, and if needed remove, all the laces before trying on the shoe. Then re-lace your shoes the way you like them.
Heel lifting, toes comfortable
Re-lace the shoes the way you normally like them and tighten them to secure your heel.
Toes pressing on the top or the end
Walk around on carpet for 5 minutes. If they’re actively bothering you, they’re too small. Book a fit call, or start an exchange for the next size up.
They feel snug on day one
Our shoes offer a glove-like fit. As long as your feet are not in pain & you can flex with ease, the fit is not a problem.
Pressure on a bunion or a wide forefoot
Our shoes offer a snug fit, so some pressure on day one of wear is expected, but pain isn’t. If your feet are hurting, book a fit call with us.
You wear orthotics
Lift out the 8 mm insole & replace it with orthotics of the same thickness.
One foot fits, the other doesn’t
Most people have one bigger foot. Order the size for the bigger foot and adjust the laces on the other shoe for a better fit.
Slipping on the floor
These shoes are made to slide, so expect some slip when you first try them out. Start slow to get used to them before taking them onto the social floor.
Soles feel sticky or slow
Every week or two, or after time on a sticky dance floor, give them a quick brush to shake off debris.

Reserve them for dance floors
Refrain from dancing on concrete, tile and non-wooden floors to maintain your soles.
Let them breathe
After a night out, pull out the insoles and leave the shoes open to air. Keep away from heat.
Clean with a damp cloth
Wipe the uppers with a soft damp cloth and let them air dry. Go light on polish, wax and solvent cleaners.
Brush the soles
Every week or two, or after time on a sticky dance floor, give them a quick brush to shake off debris.
