Yes, it ended Monday, September 8 at midnight ET. The Cat and The Ava are still available at full price, and your first exchange is still on us.
We size by length of your feet. The soft leather moulds to your foot for width. Still unsure? Your first exchange is free in both Canada and the US. See the size & fit guide.
Email us your order number and where your current pair doesn't fit. We ship the new pair immediately, and we cover the postage to send your current pair back to us. Applies to customers in both US and Canada.
We offer flat rate Canadian shipping at checkout.Shipping to the US is a flat $15, with duties prepaid, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Shoes need to come back in resellable condition: unworn, in their original box, with both sets of laces and the insoles, and the leather soles and uppers unmarked. Return shipping is on us. Read the full policy.
The First Edition is a preorder and ships the week of September 27, 2026. We'll email you a tracking link the moment your pair goes out.
