Email us your order number and the size you want. We ship the new pair before the first one gets back to us, and we cover the postage in both directions. Your first exchange is free in Canada and the US.
Unworn outside, in the original box, with both sets of laces and the insoles, and the leather soles and uppers unmarked. Trying them on at home is expected. Do it on carpet, because leather soles pick up marks from concrete and hardwood fast.

We cover your first exchange in both directions and ship the replacement before the original comes back. We size by length. Measure each foot heel to longest toe, take the bigger number, and match it to the chart on the shoe's page (Cat and Ava have their own charts).
